What is our return/exchange policy?

We offer returns and exchanges for our products within 14 days of receiving your order.

In order to receive a refund for a return, you must send back the item(s) to the PO box we provide, as well as return the merchandise in the original packaging with no damage.

What is the best way to contact you?

Does Barepump offer sales and discounts?

We offer various sales and discounts throughout the year. Subscribe to our newsletter and be the first to hear about our new arrivals, discounts, and special events.

Can I change or cancel an order once it's placed?

If the order hasn't shipped, then you may cancel. Once your order has shipped, you cannot change or cancel it. You can contact support for returns, refunds, and/or exchanges in which case.

How often do new drops release?

We offer new drops every season of the year, with new styles, colors, and offerings to choose from.

How can I see which size is best for me?

Our size guides for each product are listed on the product page.

How much is shipping?

Depending on your location, shipping is $2-$3.

How quickly do you ship orders?

We ship orders on the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed.

Will I recieve a tracking number?

Once the order has been placed, we will send a tracking number via email within 24 - 48 hours.

When will I recieve my product(s)?

It will take 2-4 business days for your product(s) to arrive.

Is there any shirinking?

Cotton is a shrinkable fabric, but with proper washing, (listed on our washing labels and product page) you can minimize it.

I tried placing an order, however it didn't go through, although I have a pending charge from the store. What's going on?

This is a common issue that occurs with many customers while shopping. If you didn't get an order confirmation email, then your order has not gone through. The pending charge is just the system attempting to charge you. Give it at least 48 hours for the charge to be canceled.
